1984
The year you were born, the book I was reading when I met you on the Israel trip that signaled you to introduce yourself, and the number you followed to California to film comedy skits with my brother Max. It is crazy how destiny unfolds, how we have god-given free will, yet at the same time; not.
I miss you, and I am sorry for the way I treated you when you were not well. Little did I know..
Still, little do I know, but I continue to think about my loved ones, friends and family, who are no longer with me. I still feel you all in my heart and mind, but my senses remember you are behind a veil. I cannot hear your voice with my ears, I cannot give you a hug with my arms, but I can still think and hold you in my heart and mind. That I can still do.
In any case, I started creating AI image generations of friends and family who have passed on, and it provides me some comfort, being able to see them in new situations, some serene, surreal, fun, or whatever.
I generated these using the Flux.dev model on an NVIDIA RTX3090, with a low rank adaptation model trained on images of Zach. It took me a lot of time - have to generate dozens of crappy images for every good one that comes out - and I am happy with this collection, so I was proud enough to share it here as a tribute.
I hope these can bring some level of comfort or at least amusement for others who grieve his loss. I know for me it has really helped - these projects.
Anyway, enjoy.. Zach, beyond...
They are all full quality, high resolution, so feel free to check them out on a large screen - or make large prints if you want! 🤗

And here's the more silly ones..
